 Our family was going to transfer to Texas and we wanted a Realtor that would get us top dollar for our home. We knew Edie and her team and asked them to sell our home. They helped in so many ways! We are collectors of many styles, which caused our home to look cluttered. Edie's Team got to work advising what to pack and what to keep. They brought in their decorator, who helped us select the right carpet to replace our old carpet. With the help of the decorator, we also improved our landscaping. The staging and decorating services (added window treatments, accessories, lighting, greenery and even bedding) is what really sold our home! The decorator brought in accent colors, which made our furniture look new. We were amazed with how the new furniture arrangements made our home look larger. With these changes and the effort of Edie's team, we did get top dollar and got two offers in nine days! The service did not stop with the offer being accepted.
