Most probably they would not be because our family was so large. The plans were drawn to conform to the grading plan that was engineered by AZ Tech so I am not sure how much anyone would be interested. Most people have their own ideas about what they would develop. Anyway, it's there to look at. Believe it or not there is a possibility of connecting to public water if you don't want to install a well and pump. When I invesitgated it, the county told me that the connection charge would be somewhere around $11,000 +/- . It was a while ago but I believe that cost included the water meter and concrete box at the front of the site. I can't guarantee what the cost would be today.
